Dear Pierre,
As I have a 4K Monitor I can not Download 4K videos from you site and it says "Download not Available".
Also there's not any 4K selection in your stream player.
Do I need to upgrade my account? Is there anything I should do?
Please help me.

You can download 4 K only 5 days after a video has been put online if you are already member or 5 days after your subscription or purchase if you are new ...

I meet all these conditions but still "Download is not Available" and no 4K streaming.

It's not 5 days the video is online and the 4 K is streamed in 1080p not in 4K ...
