But why slowly?

And its also good you are not a agent to the girls because your method would lead to a girl making lots of wrong desicions an getting burned out by the industry.

He is an agent ... I know who he is but nothing wrong with that. Just we have two different opinions about the way a girl has to progress in this industry.
He is partisan of the DAP the first day, I'm partisan ( when the girl is valuable, smart and honest ) to make her growing up slowly.
The fact Leyla wrote to me and is not a stupid whore just angry for money, give her the opportunity to build up quietly and seriously her future business.

Well, when you are an agent, you need you model to do as much money as possible.
But the differences between US and Europeans agents are huge. Due to the fact there are less and less girls doing porn in Europe, the agents want rentabilise their models as fast as possible because they know probabily they will lost them fast.
It's understandable in a way, but when you have a girl like Leyla, I do not understand why no one want be patient.
Patience has the avantage to build up the career slowly but surely and give the model more fun in her life. But few people wish make it that way ...
