Something strange seems to have happened to the Casting site. The streaming quality appears to be diminished. WUNF plays perfectly in HD but the quality of the casting videos is poor. This was not true 2 months ago. Has anyone else noticed this?

You're the one and only telling this to me ... So maybe your internet provider has changed something, but not us !!!

There seems to no option any more to download videos in 1080P quality for most videos.

Also 4k videos are incompatible for my media streamer which I use to stream them to a large screen. 1080P was perfect for this and the file size was not too restrictive - the 4k files sizes are massive.

I find the 520P video version (hq) to not be of sufficient quality for a large screen - 1080P was perfect - can they be reinstated ?

There is possibilty to download in full quality, don't you think it's good ???

But a full HD Version (1080p) of the 4K Videos would be a good idea... not everybody can use the 4K Videos... even the new AppleTV can't output 4K ... only 1080p...

Yes but if you have a 4K you can watch it on your TV.
Once again it's because of the pitacy that I decided to not give the 4K for download in HD version ( only the streaming of the 4K is possible in HD ) because I didn't want help all asshole to give a good quality on tubes. If they wanna make it, it's a long work for them because they have to transcode it.

Yes, I applaud the fact that there is 4k video and for some I imagine that is their preferred download option but I would bet there are a lot of people out there that would still want 1080P simply for compatibility and download size/time.

In my case a 4k video will not work on my streaming device so I have to watch it on my bog standard monitor and I know lots of devices will not work with 4K. With 1080P I can stream it right through my Sony Blu Ray Player and onto my projector. Happy Days !!

Why not provide both 4K and 1080P and then all of your subscribers are catered for and everybody wins including you as I am sure the more people you cater for the more subscriptions/retention you get.

Oh and - I don't want to sound ungrateful of your work so just to reiterate the 4k Videos do look wonderful - I just wish I could stream them
