I think your analysis is correct Pierre. We don´t mind the "teasing".
The problem is the "will come soon"-part. The timegap between the "teasing" and the scene must be shorter.
I´m not sure, I want to know about, what you "have in the box", if you don´t show the scene within a month or two.

I have no time to restart this debate from years and years but the policy I have adopted here have save this site !!!
If you really want I will not cut the scene anymore and then what ? The fucking pirates will take it imediately and will just spead it worldwide and then no one will continued to be member here ...
The fact they copy my non-entirely content is a way to fuck them up, they are obliged to do it because they need to show "something" but at same time it's uncomplete and the time they get the "full one" the first one has already convinced a lot of people to come here to see the "real" content.
I can go back as it was before but I will not play the game twice and if I start to face the same situation like in 2010/11 I will really not fight anymore and close the site ...
So what do you prefer ?

Well said Pierre and keep doing what your doing! It's dog eat dog out there and like you said your trying to run a business which because of technology and parasites in the Internet world make it harder and harder each day!

Il y a une chose que j'ai du mal à saisir avec cette technique...en quoi le pirate peut être gêné par le découpage en plusieurs parties du contenu ?

Il lui suffit de pirater les vidéos au moment de leurs mises à jour et puis c'est tout...d'ailleurs on voit bien fleurir sur le net vos vidéos avec les différentes dates de mise à jour. Dailleurs, elles sont parfois aussi vites piratées que sorties. Au final, cela lui fait juste deux fois plus de boulots...mais aussi deux fois plus de téléchargements.

Je pensais plutôt que cette technique ne servait qu'à titiller l'intérêt du spectateur.

Pierre, the "to be continued" approach is fine, it's okay, fans will not complain about that. It gives us an idea of what's coming, kinda like having trailers. The problem is that you lose track of the scenes, shoot way more than you edit, and BAM !! All of a sudden you have hundreds of scenes that we as members are waiting for, sometimes for years, sometimes complete forget about, that's the problem, not "to be continued" !
