in fact I do not take part at the binary mode very popular at the moment in the media(for couple of years),
i just tell what i see as legitimate,
your wordage as evolve from subscribers to fan/haters which is not good and suggest
you take it as emotional not point of view.
i think if you do pay the girls (agents and castings are paid upfront of course) when the scene is released may be legitimate as long the scene are released in a relatively short time span but when you get 100+ scenes in editing mode the machinery is completely
derailing and it can become questionable practice regarding work ethics.
Now if you take this as personal ,what can i say,
let someone handle this side of the job and concentrate on what you do best,like most.

I think even Pierre regrets that side of his work, not that he can complain against anyone but himself. But that is the result of his way to work, so he wants the control on the result, doesn't believe the cut can be as good as if he was doing it, so is submerged by editing work whereas he should only be submerged by the filming side.
The only point for consumers is not the number of possibilities of "to be continued" done but how many are delivered a month and is that enough to compensed a membership.
My little tip would be...less teasing and more surprises, not that I don't understand the role of advertising into the success of the site, but maybe too much advertising become counterproductive.

That is why I suggest you break down a bit on teasing. Of course everyone feels excited by your "what's next", the problem is some feel frustrated to not get it faster, and those ones pollute the forum(and other ones) with their frustration.

I understand them, I still wait for Suzanna P, Melisa, Caprice, etc...
