I would implement a "petite baby" pay scale.
Compensation is based on if Pierre reaches a certain decibel during his cumshot.
Examples would be:
"aaahhhhh, yes, look into my camera, aahhhhhh"
$500 Euros
"aaaahhhhhhhh, fucking bitch, open your mouth, open your mouth !!!, ahhhhhaaaahhh"
$700 Euros
It's a sliding scale ...

it is incredible what they can do for 500 euro 700 euro , even in a poor country as Romania this money are not a lot

Payment of the scene - there is more to come. The girl participating in it has to realize on what goes. Unique a porno a scene, and the reputation of the girl can be spoiled for the rest of life...
