Wouldn't you say that there is a responsibility from this industry to inform people about the dangers involved?
Currently, you show unprotected sex and ON TAPE keep silent about those dangers. Even to speak about tests in 'behind-the-scenes' is almost taboo. The only 'director' I remember seeing who had a trailer about testing was Max Hardcore. And the one by PRIVATE shown in the late 90s/ early 2000s...

I have seen a lot of your movies (I don't say all ) and I counted: I remember only two moments where you speak about tests: one is during a Superfuckers scene (around no. 10) when you say to James Brossman that the actress has a test and the other is during the casting scene with Alexa May.

All performers and me too are tested every two weeks in the porn industry. The difference between Europe and USA is you can get a DNA test in USA and not in Europe. I fight with politics about it why should we have a positive Aids test to get the chance to have a DNA to confirm. It's scandalous !!!!
Also my film Safe Sex is about giving information about the way to get Aids and the use of the condom. But I didn't get any support of health ministery even I've a super joke for you : The French Canal + chanel bought it because it was with condom but the Spanish Canal + Chanel refused because it was with condom !
So my point of view is not to take care if I show or not unprotected sex on my movies because in true we are more protected than if we use condom !!! But people of the street, who explain them that a deepthroat is the same than to fuck a pussy.
DO YOU THINK EVERYBODY USE A CONDOM FOR BLOW JOB ????
So first, politics must inform the teenages about the reality not just try to do business with condoms or vaccin for Papilloma Virus !!!

They don't stop before jumping and explain to u what are they doing in the middle of the movie? But pierre there are stupid people in the world....some guy will jump of the building after watching the movie, so before starting ur film, put a disclaimer - 'please do not have unprotected sex' like the movies which say 'please do not try this at home' ....
i think needle drug users and homosexuals have much high risk of HIV - but more commonly u will get syphilis, gonorrhoea, crabs, chlamydia - so just watch pierre and stick to ur wife or the 'hand'......PS - ur hand will not nag u, and it will not get headache, it doesn't mind if ur guy is too big or small , no need to bring it shopping to get some lovin yeah.....
pierre video costs some euros, but syphilis and hiv will cost u......much more

Yes, I believe those consumer who don't watch porn movies regularly have very little knowledge about the medical site of the business. I guess, they know there is something like testing taking place but nothing precisely and they are not aware of the dangers involved. I think the topic should be more openly discussed in the movies so that also those people who watch one movie a month or a year are more aware of the problem.
I know what some people say: it kills the illusion. This is true for feature film but for series like casting series for example there is no illusion.
