I saw this picture yesterday. They had a big problem with a lot of men urinating in public there. The sign was posted somewhere in the Czech Republic. The security monitor will take your picture, and they will shame you by putting it on YouTube.

A portion of the video from MTV got on the local news here. Very well done. It reminds me of a guy that I used to work with. He was a big practical joker. There was an abandoned house in his neighborhood. With tall weeds and overgrown bushes, it was a perfect prop for a scary movie. All the kids called it the haunted house. For the last 100 years, kids in America go "trick or treating" on Halloween, and get candy from each house. One year my buddy got into the "haunted" house, lit a candle in the upstairs bedroom, and went around with a sheet over his head making noises. He frightened all the kids. 
Unfortunately, he did too good of a job, and it made the news in the local paper. One neighbor was interviewed, and said that he would take a shotgun and find the ghost. My friend decided to quit the ghost business.
