There are "agencies" that will arrange meetings for you but you have to search. They fall under escort services and not all girls participate.

Another way is through fb but again most will not respond if they do not know you.

Most girls who are models or pornstars will consider any "fan" who wants to get in contact with them as creeps. And indeed most of them are creepy stalkers. Some of them have evil intentions.

You have not clarified why you would like to meet them. If it is for an autograph and chat, erotic shows are the best as you are in a public place and they welcome their fans.
