Dear Pierre Woodman,

what´s your opinion about Jane Birkin and Serge Gainsbourg and this very special song "Je t'aime... moi non plus"? I´ve just watched a documentary in german television about a new exlusive picture book of non-released pictures of Jane and Serge. Isn´t this song just epic, and this love between Jane and Serge? There was a version with B.B. too, in 1967, but the version with Jane Birkin is much more popular and even better of 1969?

Hi, the version with BB , is the original, he wrote this song for her, in time they were´´together´´ but BB was married, BB asked him not to put the song in the market, and he accepted.He spent some time in great pain when BB quit with him, and later on he met Jane as an actress for a film,,,but this is another story...I m sure Pierre will correct me if I´m wrong, may be Pierre met Serge?, :?: ,the story of Serge is fascinating as well as BB and that time of history.

Marlene Dietrich reminds me of that worldstars, she died in Paris in 1992, after she didnt´t left her appartment for about 11 years by that time ... so sad, she was addicted to drugs and alcohol. She received and lost everything in life ... :( :( :(

I remember a story about BB when she was about 20 and talking about Chanel #5. She said that before going to bed, she always put just a little bit of the perfume high up on the inside of her thighs. An extremely naive, stupid (American) reporter asked her why? :oops: :oops: :roll: :roll:

I have no proof about the story with BB. Only my memory, which is definitely not perfect. :oops:
The story of MM and Chanel #5, happened in 1960 with a reporter on radio. It was scandalous in 1960, because she said that she put a little bit behind her ears, and then giggled, and said that was all that she wore in bed.
