It seems like using 50fps was a short lived experiment. I really like how fluid the videos looked. Was there a reason to stop using it? I know high frame rate causes people to think the video is sped up. Just look at the complaints about the Hobbit.

Hi, First, I´d like to congrat you and the tech crew for the site,it´s great in its content and in its tech resolution.I have this curiosity question:
Why in the movies download window says differents lengths of the movies, as an example see the attach., in the cursor says 1:56 and in the movie length 3 hour 16 min.

I've 67 Tera Bite of Lacie harddisk + few Western Digital !
I work with Canon 7D and 5D for photo set ( rare now ! ) and still keep my old G10 for casting since 2008 because I don't like the new ones !!!
I use EX 3 for serious film and a simple 550 SRD for my castings series but I just bought last month the new 3D one ( maybe for Indecent Evil !!! )
And I have an Ipad 2, but not really for big work, it's to be able to to the forum in restaurant without been over charged !!!

What about lighting? Your more recent castings are well lighted. So you must be using lighting equipment?

I use simple "mandarine" or natural light !!!
I have a Canon G1X for the casting and I have put the NX 30 in the trash because I don't like the new Sony system with moving lens ...
