I think it's pretty obvious that PW did fuck her ass both times in Berlin and during her first casting (and will probably do it again in Switzerland)... PW usually tells right away if nothing happened with a girl. So when PW says "it's a secret" or "only time will tell" what he is really saying is "of course I fucked her but I'm waiting for her to change her mind/break up with her bf/ sign the damn release or whatever in order to confirm it or better, show it to you". And this should apply to all the other similar cases.
