I let the girls express their feelings and it's important for people to know what happens in our industry when there are some bad situations unaccepatble in my opinion.
In past I have censored many discussions about someone who was my friend and today is not anymore. This guy also does bad things and I regret not having let the girls said the truth because if I had, maybe today he will behave differently.
So when a girl has something to say, I let her do it ...
