That was meant for him... instead of waiting for a way to do it right, he prefered the wrong way...

i think that he didn't gave it to the "biggest russian pirate site" but he downloaded it from there after he wasn't able to convince you to give him a free account here... so shame on him, not on you...especially because he had to rub it in your face instead of just doing it "quietly"

Well, until bitcoin is a regular payment method, i would suggest an account at e.g. https://coinbase.com and everybody who can't use creditcards but wants to be honest can send you the amount for e.g 3 months of membership or some tokens this way and the admins create an account for him...
