well the biggest difference is, that by porn actress you can be sure that you won´t get any venereal disease, as there are a lot of tests before every acting needed...

Diseases can happened sometime in our world but rarely, with Escort and Prostitutes many accept to not use condom with people out of garantee and it's very dangerous for both side ...
But the question he asked I think was more on the moral aspect, and for me it's also more cool to be a porn star but you are exposed to the eyes of the world and prostitution is discret but when you disapear from porn it's because you fall in love but when you disapear from escort often it's because someone kill you !!!
