Pierre first of all let me tell you that I’m a big fan, I’ve been following your castings for years and I truly believe that you have an eye for talent. I’ve been following this forum for a while as well and have finally decided to start posting myself, just wanted to comment a couple of things about this girl: As someone who works in the management business and sales I understand the importance of creating a hype in onrder to bring business or to get people excited about a product but I think you are making a mistake between creating a hype and let other people get the upper hand, like with this girl I’m not sure if you are aware but while you are protecting your “product” trying to make it special or exclusive there is people like Torbe who just posted on his website a scene with this exact same girl. Do you see where I’m going? Sometimes when you show your cards you have to go all in , if you "bluff" too often it might be game over for you.

This is a business where there are new faces every day and that is good and bad for you at the same time, you have a lot of material waiting on your hardrive, waiting to be released. I’m not saying you should release all the material at the same time - That would be pretty stupid-but by trying to save it as something “special” some other actors and producers are taking the upper hand and are cashing on your success. Never forget that in business if you hit once and you do it right is pretty much game over for all your competitors, look at apple with the ipad/iphone or look at you with your casting scenes… How many people have tried to do the same?
If you have a scene with a girl like this and you make the mistake of waiting too much…

Pierre, you got it all wrong. I’m not comparing you to Torbe or to anyone else, what I was trying to point out is that the world is very big now and specially in this industry since it’s all about new faces. See it this way, what happens if you carry around in your pocket a very valuable jewelry for two years? If you finally decide to sell it… Do you think it will have the same value? I’m honestly just trying to make you understand that you are losing money, the “problem” is that you don’t realize how much. It’s called “ The opportunity cost”
