I'm pretty sure that all these little details are discussed between the girl and her agency way before she gets to the shooting. The girl doesn't go there surprised she is doing anal when she doesn't. This is for porn studios. With Pierre it's a little different. The girl goes there expecting an interview and to be paid for it. This is the discussion between her and the agency.

But obviously once Pierre gets to the nitty gritty details of the casting and about anal, and when he convinces her to do 'extra' all these things are between him and the girl and wasn't a discussion with the agency. As said before it's regarded as bonus for the girl. The agency did theor job, girl got paid for the interview. Pierre got the girls ass. Girl goes home happy with the extra after the interview.

So I assume if there's only interview and no to be continued then perhaps Pierre was not successful.
