I think it's same shit everywhere in all business or activities, sport, music, TV, mainstream, porn etc ...you have lovers and haters sharing their feeling with more or less kindness and hate !!!
The only stupid thing is when some companies, have some employes just dedicated to do this. It's easy for someone like me to see when it's someone part of a production company who write the post in order to promote their business or break the competitors.
Without that you will have only one or two "Ricardo" and some rare haters to complain about me. But it's OK I do with that, it has zero incidence on me, zero incidence on the turn over of the site and I even wonder if at the end it's not negative for these guys !!!
