I don't know what exactly happened to her, but she may simply hide or at least don't live a public live. Another 6 members were looked for by police, some members escaped in another countries like a real wife of "guru" (he had many other wifes in sect).

I don't know how much Kira Parvati was involved besides escort and porn, but anyway she's probably was afraid and don't live a public live. On the other hand, in one video of the sect where girl were saying that the best thing in live is to shoot porn, i saw not only Kira, but also Taissia Shanty and she's still active in her twitter.
