I'm schocked, but on the good way , by the success of the Conny's first time anal on video. It can motivate them even more to agree to this "comission fee-contract", because if they will get famous they both get allot of "followers" from your fanbase here on the site, and also more money if their scenes have much downloads/buys?
This type of contract can be GOOD for you also. You don´t have to worry that you put the money on the "wrong girl" (that don´t end up getting famous) every time. If a girls scene is not popular and not many people buy/download it, you don´t loose the same amout of money, then if you had paid her for example 10 000 euro directly.
Maybe this can do that some more girls agree to sign the contract?
