You could actually look up the respective forum threads how it went when past presales reached 100%. I didn't check all of them, but it seems to me that the file goes into encoding after the goal is reached.

I just send the video in encoding, it's an heavy file of 20 GB, and it will be ready on site around 3 or 4 am Paris time.

LOL, thanks for the obvious...however "it is on the way" could mean 1 hour, a day or a month. All would fit this definition. Just asking for some clarity is all.
