Re: What about technical ?
Pierre, would it be possible to normalize the audio on your videos ?
The problem is you're too close to the microphone and the translator/girl is too far away. Your voice is very loud, and the girl voices are very soft/low. Doing a sound normalization during your editing should be quite simple/fast and would solve this issue.
Currently if I raise the volume to hear the girl...your voice is disturbingly loud
Thanks.

Re: What about technical ?
I have the exact same problem in listening to it. Earlier less expensive cameras had a feature called AVC. It kept most of the sounds the same level.
Another way would be to record withe 2 microphones and use a mixer. Some mixers are not very expensive. I have used them with great success.

It seems he is really right there!
Re: What about technical ?
It's directly linked to the quality of the mircrophone and the audio system of the video camera. On my camera, everything if quite normalized by itself but it's true that with cheaper systems your voice is far stronger than others since you are near the camera.
You can still try to buy an additionnal microphone to put on your camera but I think the internal system won't follow. The best for you is maybe to use an external system for audio that you can put somewhere in the room. But after this, you will have to synchronize audio and video during the cut.

Re: What about technical ?
I think the fastest and cheapest way is to apply a filter in the editing program on the last step before exporting. Here's an article on how to do this in "Final Cut Pro"

Re: What about technical ?
This is for the version 7 and I use the 10 !!!
But anyway, if you download the HQ version, sound is fine. Of course when I go on Tube mostly the sound and pictures are destroyed. It's a bit the same on the site when you watch the streaming in law quality ...
But for me it's a problem to change my working way and ad a specific micro, I have everything, Sennheiser cravat micro, long range micro, large, but it stays in the box since I do not shoot big production because it's not compatible with my " action " way of work today !!!

Pierre,
Do you have any plans to film in the 4K ultra high definition video format? You were filming in HD years before your competitors, so it would be great if you were an early adopter of the 4K format as well.
Happy new year!
