The support of the fans was very huge in 2009 and 10 but since the end of january it seems they went away and even if two month is not a year, I know it's because most of them prefer wait a bastar make a copy of my work and put it on a free site ...

Pierre, I see the following problems with your business: Business Model, Type of Venture (lifestyle business) and the website on its own. I will try to address each one of them.

Personally I think that it would be better to have one strong big website with one hardcore scene where you take part in (wunf style or initiation style) per week than many small websites.

First, I think that C.Clark and you should have just one HUGE marketplace where you sell each video with credits (no more subscription) but cheaper (4€ one hardcore scene, 1€ normal casting, 2€ galleries and BTS). Currently I think that your pricing is not attractive for the masses: Buying videos with credits is expensive and the subscription is also premium. So what do you do? You save money for a one month subscription, you buy a subscription and download everything that you can, then you cancel and wait until there is enough new content, so your Average Revenue per Customer (ARPU) is 60€ at the most with a huge churn (customer who come and never come back).

You need as much content as possible and regularly new one. However, the updates are not regular. Sometimes there is plenty of new interesting content and sometimes the updates are slow and the videos not that interesting. See Apple and their Music/App Store. On the internet you can only make money if you are the platform. However, if you are only a content provider (like you are now) you will only loose against piracy, competitors and so on.
You already have everything that you need, you have the web application and you have your content + C.Clark. You just need to change your business model and try to convince other directors/performers to join your business venture.

In my opinion, you need to professionalize your business. Until now it is a one man show: Pierre casts, Pierre records, Pierre edits, Pierre uploads, Pierre moderates, Pierre even solves affiliate issues! Pierre does EVERYTHING. And sorry but that cannot escalate at all and the day that you get sick or cannot work then your business falls apart. You need someone who edits and uploads your videos. And NO it does not have to be expensive, hire an intern or a young student, you have enough fans in Paris who would do the job and be ready to earn 300-400€ per month.
You must be focused on the big picture of your business and of course on your castings (your cash cow) and to be completely honest you are a great director but I do not think that you are a business man, you should definitely get someone who takes charge of the business, the day to day basis (a Chief Operating Officer, COO would be the definition) while you are in charge of the creatives.

I also think that there is plenty of work to do to improve the website. There are many things, first of all: Dark websites never perform well, do not ask me why... it is like that (exception to this rule: Wall Street Journal).
Also the online streaming is not optimal. I know, the quality is great, but is is slooooow, you should use the system that you have in WUNF where you can watch a low quality version of the video online. The format is another issue. Are you sure that all of your users want to download 3-4GB HD video? I think you must have also a low quality 360-480p option in place (400-600mb video). Not every customer leaves because the other website is offering your videos for free, many of them do not feel that your offer is attractive enough (big videos, slow download times, and so on). Remember, the USA is not France and there you can be REALLY happy if you have a DSL 6000. Go and look at Hulu.com, they are really optimized for the American market and they are an example that premium quality content DOES win against piracy.
Next, the design is nice, but it does not look professional. Remember, you are asking people to hand you their credit card details! So they should be confident that here is not a dodgy Chinese scammer who will sell their credit card.
Moreover, the site is barely optimized for search engines; people cannot find you! Many times I google for a girl whose video is here and I find on google everything but your homepage. So I am pretty confident that only a very small part of your fans are even aware that this website exists.

Last, LISTEN TO YOUR COMMUNITY! Ask us directly what do we want to see, why are we not paying the subscription any more, why we are leaving and what can you do to make us happy. You already listen to our casting requests, but you have not started an OPEN discussion about what can be improved to make this nice community a better place to be.

I gave you many tips in the past to improve the ranking of the website but you sort of ignored me I hope that you take this as a friendly comment from a fan of yours, you usually get quite defensive when someone criticizes you but I do not want to see this website disappear so I am giving you honest advise here.

Disclosure: I make my living as an Internet entrepreneur, so I think I have an educated opinion on this subject.

Toi, it's noce from you to take time to write this long message full of advices but on many point you're wrong, sorry to tell you !
the amount is not the problem, many people with videos at 0,99 $ died already and many are on the way, same with the weight of videos, 21st sextury have also files with 7 GB and they have 28 000 members !!!
If I follow your advice the bastard who stole my videos will paid it less and will dowload five time faster !!! Good deal...
No the problem is just a question of brain, and understanding that if somebody love my work he should support me, otherwise I will do something else than make the pirate eating on my back like parasite.
A guy like Evil_Jin stole the videos, even do a website with it, get paid with advertisment some company do on his site, and when one of you go to watch it, you kill my work and just contribute to make the machine stop on the road...
