I mean, sometimes some people voted twice and sure, thats completely irregular...
But if each person vote for only one girl, it will be VERY difficult to have a majority...Each will vote for his favourite girl.
Maybe one vote = three names like most people did, and like you, Pierre, said in your last message of february, could be better :
