I can not tell the name of the city, because it is polish old tradition and can be realized only in circumstances I described. Nobody here will talk with you about this old habit. Look deeper at Slavic coutries you will see much more sexual traditions.

One of my best friends Piotr Stanislas Zielinsky is polish but never told me about this tradition. I have been often in Poland, have many friends there and never heard about it from them too...
