Regarding the rectum innervation, once past the anus, lets say 2-3 cm deep, there is no feeling. The trick is that from the anus you can actually stimulate the vagina because the muscle "wall" is very thin and in general apply pressure to neighboring regions (cervix, urethra, bladder) that do have sensory feeling.
