Medically talking, any kind of direct contact (either sexual or eventual) can represent a deseas transmiting factor. Take into consideration the oral sex: the person doing the act can have an open wound (like a scrach) in his mouth...and he/she gets into direct contact with the secretions of the person receiving the act (sperm or female fluids)...or a girl swallowing sperm...If one of the partners is ill or is simply a host (without being affected), the deseas can be transmited to the other partener! Even through a kiss, is both partners have mouth scraches or wounds (even a more agressive tooth brushing can result into mouth wounds! If it burns, even a little, then its a wound).
