Well I did some scenes on car front in many occasions but never on the roof ( or many in Gigolo with Olivia del Rio but not sure )
What I know is a roof destroyed is expensive and it is not worth the value ...

I don't have any information about Manuel Noriega doing it in a car, but his story reads like the plot of a Hollywood movie. While the dictator of Panama, the US invaded his country to take him out.
