For sure, in about 10 years most of the computers will have VR, even facebook and youtube have it now !

I suppose it's gonna hurt your neck if you use it for too long ...
Personally i never loved point of view stuff and it's hard to film and fuck at the same time but it may be the future of porn, who knows ?

Virtual reality is just at its infancy stage. It sucks. VR will be interesting in 15-20 years. When it will be well developped. It will be much more smooth, better technology, it will feel more real etc.

Virtual reality is right now what were personal computers in 1980..

It will be big, and change our lives. But for now the technology isn't well developped yet.

I agree! I remember the first digital camera I ever used in 1992, a logitech Fotoman (8bit greyscale, 276x240 pixels, 1Mb of memory). In those days, after using this, I went back to my darkroom thinking computers will never rival with silver halide photography..... Think about things have evolved!

So Pierre is probably right not to believe in it today. But who knows, in 20 years when we will all be old enough to work for Oldje, what his views will be!

Just to add to the topic, I read a few things on VR recently which I though added another dimension (pun intented!) to this conversation.

1. We need to learn the medium. When TV was invented, TV channels were filming whole view theater pieces or concerts, which was visually quite boring! We learned to use a mix of close up, mid-view, whole view etc. and to mount it into something visually interesting. The same problem lies with VR porn right now. It seems the only thing we see is a passive guy with a number of girls getting on him. It becomes quickly boring and repetitive. It's like if in our 2D porn we only had POV films. Once we learn to use the medium better and once filming devices become less artisanal, we should see emerging a completely different type of VR porn with a mix of styles.

2. Resolution is not there yet. But think about it, 10 years ago we had HD tvs comming on the market with 1080P, a big thing! We now have phones that exceed that resolution. Think about what it will be in 10 years from now.... amazing.....

Then, Mr. Woodman, you may get enticed.....

Porn is different than a game online. I do not believe in the virtual reality for our business ...

Le problème du POV est que l'image est souvent coupé en 2.....Soit en ne voit que le bas....Soit on ne voit que le haut !!!

Concernant le VR......Pour que ce soit crédible, il faudrait que l'on puisse se déplacer dans le décor pour choisir son"angle préféré"!! lol....Or,je crois que ce n'est que l’œil qui fait le 360 degré.....De plus,je ne vois pas l'acteur disparaître au profit du spectateur!! ^^

J'ai entendu dire aussi que le VR donnait le mal de mer et était dangereux pour le cerveau (enfin, c'est ce que dise les anti-VR)...

Ca pète le crane oui et l'angle de champ net de l'homme c'est 57° donc on est loin du compte ...
