I was wondering if you are a fan of the movies from Luc Besson ?
I like some of his films a lot like Leon, Nikita...
and his new project Valerian seems to be interesting too

I am fans in a way of course because I like many of what he did but as a person I'm not sure he is so nice and I don't like so much his arrogance toward those having nothing !!!

It's a cool film!

What do you think about his dating the French actress Maiwenn when she was 12 and he was 30 odd?!

Also, which famous French actors/actresses have you met Pierre? Isabelle Adjani? Depardieu? Emanuelle Beart? Tahar Rahim?
Isabelle Huppert? Louis Garrell? Vincent Cassel? Who is your personal favourite?

Too long to answer for all of them because I meet most of them !!!
Even Maiwenn Le Besco I met her long time ago in the street in Paris and exchanged few words for 2 minutes. She was cool and very accessible, my only deception was about the fact she was not so pretty as I thought. But anyway it's not so important ...

Love Luc's movies! Though I think in recent years, he is not at his craft as he used to be.
La Femme Nikita is my favorite French film.

Luc Besson's movies didn't age well. Even the most recent ones

I sort of like Le Grand Bleu, Nikita and The Fifth Element. I used to enjoy watching Leon as a kid, but growing older I couldn't help feeling unease, there's clearly a lolita/borderline paedo subtext which ruins the amazing performance of both Reno and Oldman

+1 !
Now, i don't like so much his vision of Joan of Arc.
And Le Grand Bleu, The fifth element became pretty boring entertainement.
Leon/The profesionnal will probably stay his masterpiece. And it's still cool to watch despite decades.
