Well for me it seems obvious ...
Honestly someone you meet for first time and who "zappe" to say just "hi" the way she did it after a very polite and respectful action from me, was a clear message about her personal mental problems !!!
And when lateer in same room I asked her and BF what was the problem and she stand up and jump away, was a definitive sign of instability ...
I'm sorry for her !!!
