slowly the website is maturing and with over 1000 castings available it is becoming overwhelming for new (and maybe old) members. I think it would be a great idea if the videos were tagged into categories. For example right now I am looking for another DAP scene like the one with Liz, but I have to watch every single hardcore scene to find a DAP scene out. Or I would like to see all the Slovak girls available on the site, until now my only resource is go to Eurobabeindex, but the list is sometimes incomplete and it also means that I have to visit another website and not stay in yours!
Many of that information is available on the forums, but you know how most users are.. not that savvy and quite impatient, if they do not find what they want fast, they just leave. Until now you have only 4 main categories, BTS, Casting, Hardcore and STHUF. However, if you had under the name of each girl a list of tags describing the video, it could be very helpful.
Another important point, almost always for every girl the first question is "Any memories about this girl, something special?", so why not have this valuable information right on the casting video page (think about it as a profile) of the girl. Example for Judith Fox:
"Pierre's thoughts: Judith Fox was very small in person, she loved sex and more extreme stuff. She ended falling in love with me but things turned bad with her after she betrayed me. I lost contact with her. More information will be on my book"
Just a paragraph with your main thoughts. I know it means a bigger time investment than just uploading a video, but anyway, you end up investing that time answering (repeated) questions on the forum. Always people are asking the same questions all over again: if you fucked that girl, if she liked anal.. bla bla bla..
Finally, instead of having 2 pages per girl (one for the forum thread, another the casting), you could just have "casting page" with video and threads (like youtube has it), pages with other type of videos different from casting (BTS, hardcore scene with Alain...) would not have a discussion area (to concentrate the discussion just on one page). The video would load only if the users click on it (to avoid having to download and watch a video all over again, every time you want to comment something).
It would also help you to score better on the search engines. Even-though you have the original castings and even initiation scenes (probably the most valuable video for every fan) of many of the most famous starlets, if you google their names you do not find WoodmanCastingX as the first result. This is due to many reasons, but one very important is the lack of text on the video pages. A proof of that: Just google the name Carmen Francis and WoodmanCasting is the result number 8! (most users only click the first 3 results) and it redirects to the forum thread and not to the video page!

I just did this dirty sketch to illustrate my point better.
I never paid for porn on the internet and WoodmanCastingX is the only website where I do that, because of their great quality content and nice community. Nevertheless, I think its full potential remains untapped, it is such a pity. The easier people can find your website, the higher your conversion rates, meaning more money for you and more castings for the fans.
Does anyone has other ideas on how to improve the website?
