Considering data storage in the past was not like now that we are in the "belle epoque" of digital era; and it was much more than complicated to store data than now..
Have you ever suffer a data loss? I mean, making a WUNF or WCX and afterwards for some mistake, you fuck up/delete/mess up the recording partially or totally?
And if it has happened, just to torture our minds , with which ladies?
We have all pass through this kind of mistakes in our lifes
It happens that I have forgot to record something few times but the BIG mistake as far I remember there was only 2 in my career.
I have never loss a tape or any card / hard drive till now but in 1998 in Bora Bora my assistant doing the BTS of the film "that's life" as taken one of the rush of the movie and filmed on it. One sex action film Katja Kean and JYL has been loss definitively and in the movie the moment they drive in the litlle white car, is a BTS been croped to save at least something from the storyboard.
In Prague in 2015, I erased a 128 GB card full with 2 hardcore castings and half a third one including an interview. No any of the girl wanted come back,and I loss ALL ...
Never happened again and I hope will never till I end up in this industry.
