Personally I like the backgrounds. I think it will take some time for Pierre to perfect simulations but for Nikki Harris casting it was almost like he was fucking her in space or in the clouds which was amazing. I can't wait to see what other backgrounds he has available. Maybe another planet or a garden or waterfall. I think it can be even more cool.

There may have been discussion on this topic in individual model's threads but as the use is seemingly becoming more common this feels like the right place to post this.

I have huge respect and gratitude for the great porn that you've produced over the years Pierre but, for me, I absolutely hate the use of computer generated backgrounds in some of your recent casting and XXXX scenes. I'd say one of your hallmarks is the simple, honest shooting style that for me gives a wonderful greater sense of seeing real, raw sex than the vast majority of professional porn. By contrast, the use of CG backgrounds makes everything look horribly fake to the point that I simply won't watch the scenes. I appreciate others may love the new addition though!
Couldn't agree more on this. Natural is better and with Pierre it's more than fabulous!

I work with CGI in my job and perfecting it to a point where you don't notice its a replaced blue screen takes a lot of work!
So my eye is trained to see the "fakeness".
When I was watching the Candi Luciana scene in the library, I couldn't help but constantly look at the imposed background. It was very distracting for me. I missed a lot of the action. But thought that I might be the only one that will have a problem with it.
I guess not..

The real background and the action has its own flair. Yoa are like a part of the scene. This is what makes your scenes unique. Its real.
If you want to change something, why not use different rooms or remodel the rooms. I like it when you change the rooms in action. Sometime you change from bed to couch or bathroom.

You can not compare you with Netflix Pierre. The backrounds in your scenes reminds me on the the Zoom meetings where you can choose different backgrounds.

It wasn't my intention. I said that only about the fact it's became common nowadays to work this way !!!
Honestly I don't see the difference and why it's a problem ...
Action is the same and bed of sofa are still a bed and a sofa, so why a better light and a different background should be a problem ??? I really don't get it ...

Its the atmosphere. The backround is just unreal. It looks staged.
The people are explaining you why do the like the normal way. What is so hard to understand?

In your logic: Why you like to fuck the common girls who wants to fuck for fun and not the girls who want to fuck for money? Where is the difference? Action is the same?

Pierre you are 100% correct 👌Everything is better this way. Please continue your works the way you like. Everyone should be on board and support it. There is more prospect of capabilities and avantages of shooting this way. Not only now but for the future. That's what some people fail to understand. The background was not an issue for me at all. The action is real as you can get.

I don't see an argument re. the future at all. Absolutely use this sort of technology once it's indistinguishable from reality, but I see no logical argument to use it sooner just because it may get there. What matters is what people think of this now, where I absolutely respect that some such as yourself like it, whilst others including myself do not.

As Pierre explained, new technology takes time. He did the same with 4K. It's a process. So it doesn't mean if some people don't like the new way that he must stop it. Some people like it.
