But the two penalties awarded to France were extremely soft, the handball in extra time wasn't even intentional. The better team won, and with justice.

The intent doesn't matter, the hand was outside the torso, so clear call. I think Referee overall did a decent job. I think with Benzema and/or Pogba maybe France wins this match before PK shootout, but we'll never know.

I'm French but I was very satisfied with the end result nevertheless. In France, politicians, media and the public opinion were already celebrating days prior the final. Karma is a bitch, right?

French team sucked until the last minutes, it was painful to watch. M'Bappe proved that he could handle the team by himself like a superstar but he realized it way too late. Refs helped build the suspense but in the end, the rightful team won. Viva Argentina!

Macron's involvement in after game was of very bad taste, it felt forced, awkward, he had nothing to do there and you could feel both coach and players did not want him to lecture them. This president is embarassing to say the least.
