In the majority of cases, girls looking for work in fashion or porn will answer ads put out by agents. Also agents look for girls and offer work. Companies and advertising agencies who need models to advertise their product will arrange "casting calls". The agents send new and experienced girls there in hopes one will win a contract.
Agents already know what kind of girls are right for Woodman Casting, and will notify Pierre of any prospects. Then a casting is arranged.
That is how most are "found".
