To stay in the top breast category, yes for sure Karma was also a super good one and much better for sex than Adele W for instance. I've a funny story for you with Karma.
She was also one of the girl previouly suppose to be in the " Happy birthday" film.

Yes he is the one, like a brother for me. I met in september 1991, a friend present him to me and said he want try the porn. We was in a private property near of Cannes.

Karma changed a lot later, big tatoo, and lost half of her breast. A bit gothic style.

Unfortunately, Karma decided to have those beautiful natural areolas reduced in size and have her tits reshaped. Perhaps as PW says, she lost half her tits and decided breast enhancement was the only way to recover her once spectacular tits. Also, for some reason she decided to have her "barb wire" tattoo removed. Personally, I don't like tattoos but once you get one they can never fully be removed.
