You see, friend, in Italy there's a saying: "Asking is permissible, answering is courtesy." Having said that, do you perhaps think you're more important? I've seen your resume, and it doesn't seem like they've always responded to you. Anyway, it seems like a fairly common practice for those who talk about archive material.
