I am looking to invest in real estate, I found out that there is some really good opportunities in some European cities (probably else where in the world too but can't invest somewhere else).

Buying and renting an appartment can be lucrative if you select well the building, in a good place, and buy it at a reasonable price.
Then renting it through airbnb or booking can increase the yield.

I heard the Chinese are buying real estate all over the world. Especially upscale luxury condos and homes.

Real estate actually is my best income of money and I use it often to support my porn business because sadly piracy as ruined X industry but can't do any damage on the stone wall !!!
