Malignant Narcissists are dangerous

Not only men can be malignant narcissists.
Woman can also be malignant narcissists as well.
And I am sure that Pierre Woodman met a lot of malignant narcissist women in his career.

Mostly by instinct ... but there are also many men not so nice turning around !!!

It would be great if it would be that easy, just by instinct, to spot malignant narcissists.

Narcissists and malignant narcissists is not the same thing.
