i am experiencing slow downloads since a few days.

Its not my computer or my internet speed. I have checked that.

Do you have an idea?

Nothing has changed on our side !!! It must be your internet connection because me for instance I just tried now to downmoad Chloe Amour which is a big files and I got this :

When i click the download buttom it says : download not available (in woodman casting X)
is this because i dont have all the suscription?
