Over all, a great ideea, Ernie! Master Pierre, it can really work, both in terms of financial for you and experience for your fans, possible attendants. And some interesting shooting material can result, too!
The structure of the crash-course that I would propose has 3 parts:
-first part is a conference with you lecturing. Some videos might be projected during the classes, but only as example material;of course, you will answer to questions from attendants and give hmmm, how should I say..."Scientific" answers;
- second part would be with each student separatelly, in the conditions of a real casting. A couple of problems might arise (like what girls should you use, under what conditions), but I am sure you will find solutions. The whole casting will be taped and the student will keep it as a souvenir. Also, you will analyze the material with the student and explain him his mistakes;
-third module would be to use reversed psichology and put a girl act as the professional, while the student is the person comming to the casting, as a beginner. Under some conditions (financiar and health exam), the student can even have an sexual experience with the professional porn-star (at least on this module, I am sure you will get a lot of requests...but one cannot go to the last stage without promoting the first two!).

Even though I'm sure I'd love these seminars very much, I think giving away his secrets(even for profit) while he's still in the game is a very bad idea.... Pierre has enough people trying to copy him and rip him off already, why would he create more competition? That would be like KFC giving out their recipe for chicken!!! Or Cadbury giving away the Caramilk secret!!! Just my opinion, fellas...

ahahahaha you're terrible Youdaman, but you know what ? Time after time I found out that my technique is not so simple to practice and even after having tried to explain to a lot of people, it's not so easy to copy !
So I'm still relax on that point ...
