Hello,
How where you able to keep the overall cost for a scene low enough to make profit and still shoot scenes?
I've started to do the same 'business' but after paying the fee for the talent I've have also have to the pay the cost for the trip off the talent and have to pay her accomode in a hotel. (+makeup+drinks/foods+getting her from airport)

This whole is killing new producers

1. Travel to where there are more than one model available (Prague, Budapest are obvious examples)
2. Book the model for more than one scene (discuss options with the agent or direct with model)
3. Bring the model for shooting to nice location where she is able to enjoy some days nice holiday with you if she wishes.....you never know what can happen if you make nice connection.
