How do you get people around you?

I mean not the girls, but the people who help you behind the camera? With make-up, with the lamps, filming the work. Any chance to work with you?

Sorry but it takes me years to have a serious team and trustable people around me. The door is closed for the moment but even if there are opportunities later, the waiting list is long already...

Thank you for your answer. I'm a freelance photographer and I was wondering can you give me some advise how can I work in this business as a photographer? I live in Hungary.

As I said, theporn world is a closed area and hard to come in because already all of us have what we need for, but you're in Budapest, try Club Sandy they are cool and use a lot of people for their work, maybe it could be OK.
