I think you should correct the title of your post, because in english it sounds rather confusing (first I thought you were asking Pierre when he was planning on staying at a cheap accommodation / hostel). If I understood correctly you are asking Pierre when he is planing on retiring from the business and who will be his successor...

In my opinion, I think nobody can succeed Pierre, he is an artist and just as there was no successor for every great artist (who succeeded DaVinci, Dali, Picasso, etc?), there will not be another person capable of filling the void he will leave one day. Each apprentice has his own style and can learn from the master but will never replace the original.

Look at Pierre's faithful companion Alain Delon, great fucker for sure but he lacks charisma. If he were to start his Delon Casting X, it would not be the same and me at least would not watch it...
