I'm having the same problem. Since some weeks suddenly I get the meassge "Downloads not available.". I have sent an email already but did not receive any answer.

There is no point for me being a member when I cannot download the movies. I can assure you that I have never shared any movie. Please do something about it or I will have to cancel my membership. Thanks.
