I think it's like for every girl you can meet. Some are far better with make up.
For european girls, it depends for the girl but you could be surprise because some girls are even more cute and beautifull in daily life. We can use some make up sometimes but most of the girls are already really perfect by themselves.
When I do a "Private Intimate Meeting", the girl is always the nearest possible to the one you can cross in the street (her clothes, her standard make up,...), no cheaty things.
And don't forget your link is a TV show. They tried to find the most impressive things to show, not necesseraly the real things.
