Just arrived here : EASTER ISLAND one of my childhood dreams ...

The internet is very weak in the island but maybe I'll get a better spot tomorrow.
Now we'll sleep a bit, it was a very long trip ...

they were waiting for sophie to come for centuries, look at them, they looked so desperate!

Enjoy your trip! Ive been there last year (after Chile+Argentina) for 9 whole days. Was the best time I ever had. I cant really explain it, but the island creates a magic "atmohphere", very special feeling to stay at the moais at sunset and sunrise.

Tip: Rent a jeep and do Tongariki before + at sunrise and Ko te Riko at sunset.
Hinariru (the one that is always on photos with his "friend" behind him was the most impressive moai for me (we were able to stay with a park ranger until sunset, you have to ask them if its possible (send sophie to ask him ) ) that was a really cool and WOW feeling too there!

What you have to do (!!!!):
Dinner at Kotaro. Thats a lovely small japanese restaurant with very delicious food (not tooo expensive) and and really great owner + chef !

I like Tunisia but Easter Island is another story ...

yes guys we enjoy a lot here it's wonderfull. We arrived under huge rain and we were very sad. Then came the sun changed all ...
Only one problem, internet is no existing in the place we are. I had to wake up at 6 am and go in the city to find a cyber cafe from where I do the forum now. But no possible to upload any photo and even less any video until the 14 or 15 !!! I hope for once you'll forgive me ...
