Technical question

For some time now he has been telling me an expired password on the site, but not on the forum, only that I have a big problem, I just changed my email address because the other one doesn't work anymore. How can I go about resolving this issue? unfortunately I am not very experienced in computer science, thanks.

I don't remember the password anymore and I would like to send it to a new email address, because I can't access the old one anymore, what can I do?
