I understand your disappointment with the dying DVD business, but remember in the 80's porn cinema was dying when VHS video came out - the cinema producers lamented, but u see porn did not die, it only took on a new face in line with technology change. Technology is your friend. I hope u'll see the internet and P2P in a positive way.
1. The old business style is one way - creator sell to buyer - no feedback from buyer, production is costly and much profits go to middle man between producer and buyer.
2. In the old days PW was known probably only to europe customers - DVD era. May people did not know about PW, but now with P2P, u have many new fans worldwide - asia/africa/middle east. Many of them want to buy your products but they stay in countries with strict rules about porn, they cannot buy your original DVD, only way to see PW is through P2P !- BUT if given a chance they want to pay u....How?
3. Now internet, through P2P have made free marketing for u- u have many fans, so how to convert that into some profit for your hard work? - Many people might not want to pay for the clips - maybe they already seen many of them or they don't want to pay certain amount. maybe they can afford only small amount. So the new business model is - many sites offer good service, and request donation - meaning cutomer pay any amount they are comfortable, some might give USD5, some USD 500 - but this is donation, they won't get any video clips. Those who want video clip will pay normally. So, in your site set up a donation box - Let's call it the 'Maria ozawa fund' - people can donate any amount, once it reaches 50,000, u can make that movie with maria ozawa!! and some profit too...PLs consider donation box, as some fans might want to give u money for P2P video they saw long ago, or maybe they can only affod small amount in this economy crisis..
PS - the japanese girls videos u made long ago, will u make available this site, what was the title?

Soon I'll do a virtual box for donation and will call it "the Zenmasta Box " because it comes from you...The money will be destined to production only.
The Japanese scene I shot was destined to a serie called " Tokyo Very Much" but when I understood how difficult and expensive it was to work there I decided to not release the serie and I just put one scene in each Sex Carnage volume. But still some scenes have never been shown.
Concerning Maria Ozawa, the last news I have was she had a contract for mad money and I don't think any European could shot her before she became a grand mother !!!

With your quality of product you should be a rich man - the money will come.

I'd say go to the Monaco Grand Prix and mix it with the high rollers and try to get money on your terms for some projects - bring some babes with you and you'll get the money ok. Try and meet Max Moseley and Dr Vijay Mallya.

I'd say offer a good affiliate scheme to other webmasters to help you make money - there are many good examples of this out there.

But in the meantime you should be a happy with the quality and quantity of pussy you undoubtedly have. Many people would love to have what you have.

1. A donation meter will be nice - like in wikipedia, for us to see progress...

2. The fan who donates the most for that month will get a wish fulfilled (reasonable wish please...), for instance a t shirt or DVD with your signature, or if donation really big, maybe a scene with a pornstar of his choice. (example you and Nautica Thorn !!)

3. There can also be a voting box, where fans can vote for various things, eg which girl they want to see more...

In my humble opinion

1. Donation meter will work but cannot count as reliable income source

2. Should make sure all the downloadble vids are in high quality and big in size - differentiate your products to those vids on p2p (which is usually low quality); big in size make it difficult to upload or share on p2p networks

3. Can look into technologies that allow legitimate users to buy the vids but cannot share it - aka rental forever. (like they do on www.yapoo.com).

4. Should adopt low price, high volume strategy. Especially after the economic downturn. Lower the subscription fee, d/l fees, but get more clients to attract potential advertisements. That's the real money maker (Yahoo makes 1.1b in one quarter on online advertisements)

In all, I believe the website will be a big hit. Just need more marketing to get people notice the website.
